Your Childs Health Paediatric Hyperlinks NHS Paediatrics
[home] | [back]

Your Child's Health is aimed at introducing you to the best Web page on any particular child health related topic. It is aimed at parents, patients and doctors. It is not meant to replace consultation with Health Professionals. There are 2 A-Z's below, the first covers the net and for example look for 'whooping cough' under 'W'. The second covers local links and you need to look under the name of your local hospital. The site covers babies and neonates through to toddlers and teenagers. It covers child health related topics from epilepsy to diabetes, to being left handed to divorce... The site does not have any adverts on however occasionally it links to sites with small adverts if the information on the site is appropiate. We do not endorse any of the products in these adverts. It is hoped at some point a sponsor will pay for the upkeep of the site. If anything is missing please e-mail us.

Your Child's Health is not meant to replace a wider search on paediatric and child health issues but it is a good starting point. We would recommend before doing a broader search you look at the following leaflet: http://www.cafamily.org.uk/info.html. All the sites have been checked but we cannot be responsible for any errors a particular site may have. The Your Child's Health site is a continuous project so if you have any new links or better links on paediatric/child health topics please e-mail us. Dr James Robertson MBchB, MRCP manages the content of the site on behalf of Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and checks the links every 6 months. Where appropriate other senior doctors assess links. He qualified as a doctor in 1989 and currently works in the North West of England.
